News and Information


It's hard to believe Thanksgiving is here and Christmas is almost upon us.  This season always makes me reflect on what I'm grateful for and this year is no exception. I am so thankful for my husband, my kids and my pets as well as my wonderful family and friends. I'm grateful for being able to do what I love and for a great gallery - Studio Seven Arts - and all the people who work there who promote and sell my work. God has richly blessed me! 

I've been spending time photographing vineyards lately.  The vines are spectacular right now and it's almost overwhelming how glorious they are when the sun hits them.  A photo can't capture it but I hope the paintings that come out of it will. 

I've got two large-scale vineyard paintings on the board as well as a new downtown Pleasanton scene.  A just-completed poppy landscape is waiting for it's companion piece (almost done).  Now I just need to find more painting time!
